Big Love is an annual mini-retreat in York County, SC for foster and adoptive moms. It's a weekend of education and fellowship with other adoptive moms presented by Eternal Church's Embrace Ministry and Manchester Creek Community Church. It is planned and hosted by a group of local adoptive moms. We look forward each year to a time of rest, rejuvenation, and fellowship with one another while learning how to best parent the children God has given us.
Big Love takes place on Friday, February 23th from 5:30pm-9:30pm, and Saturday, February 24th from 8:30am-6:00pm. The cost of the retreat includes dessert and coffee Friday, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks, speakers, Creative Quiet Time materials and breakout sessions.
Cost of retreat $40 until January 8, 2018 $50 starting January 9, 2018
NOTE: As this is a mini-retreat, we do not provide lodging. If you are coming from out of town, we can suggest reputable hotels for you!
Also, to respect those in need of a retreat, we have a no-child policy that is strictly enforced. If you are unable to leave your child because of being newly home and bonding, it will probably not be best for a little one in the bonding process to be around such a big crowd or such a stimulating environment, and it may be best for you to join us the following year. We thank you for your grace and understanding concerning this policy.
Please feel free to email us with any questions you have about our retreat! We hope to see you there!
